Never an official release, this is a lathe cut bootleg of Nick Drake home recordings and rarities. Although much of this material has since been made available across various collectors editions and special edition releases etc. this still contains one or two tracks that are not available anywhere else, including a track of Nick talking about driving home drunk on the wrong side of the road! The music originated from a 25 track CD-R Bootleg that had been floating around the private market throughout the 90’s, before ending up on this vinyl release in 2001. The tracks trimmed off from the CD-R were various recordings of the same song, for example, the CD-R had three very similar versions of Saturday Sun etc. Once hard, if not impossible to find, the internet has now made many of these trivial to get hold of to those that would seek them, but still worth uploading this release as a curiosity imo, so here it is. Interestingly enough, I bought this in 2001 from a legit record shop in Camden, London, where this was just out on the shelves with all their other stock.
