Does this happen often? Also, its probably unhealthy but I don’t think its that bad since theres people who work at the er who normally only get like 4hrs of sleep. If you have a melatonin I recommend taking one. If your a bit sleepy take half, if your not sleepy at all, then take a half aswell. I hope to help!
