Nick "BDN" Foles is a legend in Philadelphia Sports history. Following a magical year after being drafted as a 3rd round pick, Nick Foles seemed to disappear from the NFL spotlight, playing extremely poorly and being traded and released from multiple teams. Facing a choice of retiring and pressing on, Nick Foles chose football, and would end up making a run with the Philadelphia Eagles that would earn him Super Bowl MVP. It's true. Philly fans are hardcore tough. I'm a Philly fan since 1977 so that Superbowl victory against the Patriots in 2018 was a thing of beauty. Love Nick Foles. He will always have the fan's love and respect. They never should have let him get away. Great guy!

annmarieknapp as a Philly fan I completely agree man years of torment for philly fans on all fronts and to finally win one and especially in the way we did it was a blessing man. Ask anyone in the service industry who had Nick Foles as a customer what kind of guy he is. Even before he was an icon, he was a sincerely kind & generous guy. A waitress friend said he remembered workers names & tipped more than the bill, a LFF worker said he was a favorite among employees, & both said he showed genuine interest in them as people.

Nick Foles is a straight up good guy who walks the walk with his Faith and continues to impress me as a human being. Here’s a guy who actually hasn’t reasons to be arrogant and aloof…and yet it’s just not in his DNA. I’ll always be a fan and I will always believe that if things had been different, Wentz would have gotten completely destroyed by The Patriots when it came down to this SB.

Can we get a pt 2 (especially if Foles continues doing well in Chicago) if so the only editing suggestions I have is I recommend speaking about his struggles at MSU as well as making it known that the eagles attempted to keep him (which most people think otherwise). I’ll go ahead and say this: if Vick would’ve played in the modern day day-care style penalties for QBs, he’d have been insane. If he didn’t take so many vicious sacks with lineman body weight constantly landing on his small frame, there goes most his injuries. He’d have been INSANE. A gun slinging styled runner.
