For some reason i feel like that the ''trap'' songs in the beginning that Nick made were kind of forced by people around him. Like some producer of maybe even DJ Khaled talked to him and tryied to convince him in like ''yo this shit will start everything off for ya'' . And as if after he made those couples songs for THEM he kinda went back to doing his own thing after his own style... I hope this shit makes sence

Yeah, I'm gonna have to dig into this. I came up in the '90s, so hip hop (and metal) from that time period will always have a special place in my heart. And Mr. Grant here seems like he's a throwback to that era. Thanks for the review, guys! Also...here's a couple songs I think you guys might like: Down - "Stone the Crow" - based on previous videos, I think Ryan and George would like this; plus, Phil Anselmo has one of the most versatile voices in rock Infectious Grooves - "Violent and Funky" - funk-metal with a BADASS bassline and killer groove Caligula's Horse - "Rust" - an accessible, if not outright catchy, prog-metal track that I think you guys might dig, especially the "heavy" part

The lines where he was talking about hate was straight 🔥🔥🔥. Those were some of the hardest lines I've heard in a while sheesh! I really enjoyed this album! I recently started listening to him, but man I'm impressed so far! He has a bright future!

I hope Nick, and all artists for that matter, realize what a privilege it is to have two guys like you giving their art the attention it deserves, and sharing it with a broader audience. I would imagine it's like a cherished gift to these artists.

As you’re exploring the different genres of music, so am I! I’ve never heard of Nick Grant but I’m definitely heading over to iTunes now. How about Rollin Stoned by Upchurch? It’s “hick hop” but it’s a good cruising tune. Another good jam is “You Worry Me” or even “SOB” by Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats. They’re a bluesy-rock/vintage R&B group. I think you’d dig them. ✌🏻

Fire reaction to someone who is honestly needed in the genre St the moment. Along with JID and a few others, not to leave out others like the OCD crew, who have found both commercial success while remaining a student of the game, Nick is ushering in a new era. I have a few suggestions for rappers who are Christians but I'll just tell you about one right now that I am obsessed with. Her name is Jackie Hill Perry and she has RIDICULOUS lyricism. You HAVE to hear it for yourself. She makes me wish the whole game would turn the clock back 20 years and we could go back to purposeful poetic rap rather than the mumble rap we have on the radio..
