As much as ESPN loves to down Mountaineer nation... they can never take away the great coaches that hail from wva. Nick Saban, Jimbo Fischer, Butch Jones, Bob Huggins shall I go on?... heck, even the very silhouette of the NBA is none other than Wv' s own Jerry West ! Currently the entire population boasts of 1,8 million for the Entire state! Give us some damn credit ESPN

Gerald Fields truth. But that field is a pain in the butt . In little league football we went up there and it sucked. The locker room was the size of a broom closet

Side note, I still remember playing Pop Warner for Shinnston, traveling to Monongah and that field still has that hill in the Endzone…that was the early 2000’s 😂

I think maybe you just don't. We all listen to it around here lol. Someone gonna pull out a banjo at a bonfire lol. Very common amongst all age groups here in SWVA to hear a random bluegrass song thrown onto a few playlists lol

WVU messed up by not offering the Head Coach position to Nick, he is so ready to come home to West Virginia. You know he doesn't want to retire in Gumpville Alabama.
