You are a great drummer and I really want to get a DW endorsement but I need help

Kevin Yuille Hey man, I saw your response to Eric MooreII . I just wanted to jump in and say this to try to help you out. First,ask yourself these questions. Why do you want to endorse a company? Who have you played for? Do you have a physical or electronic press kit for yourself ? Do you have material to send of yourself performing to companies? Do you have a discography of gigs,tours and or albums you recorded on? Have you influenced other drummers to buy the gear you currently play? Do you have a following of musicians who look up to you? Would you buy a company's product even if you weren't endorsing them? Do you have any of the company's products? Why do I say this? Cats tend to forget a endorsement is not about getting free gear,heck freebies only exist for "A List players" like Nisan Stewart, Eric,Tony Royster,Neil Peart and John "JR" Robinson because of their history/discography. In other words. Their work SPEAKS for them, they didn't need any help. At the end of the day you saying "I ENDORSE THIS PRODUCT" means "I believe in this product and you should buy this product because I use it" not because "This company chose to put me on and now I endorse them". Heck Rex Hardy (another DW endorsee) talks about endorsements too. He pretty much says they SAME thing I'm telling you. If you still want a endorsement, start out small, not with full on drum kit endorsements,build your way up to the big stuff. The hardest endorsements to get are Drum,Sticks,drumheads and some cymbal companies are REALLY strict on who they let on their roster.
