Nicks GoGoPlata against Takanori Gomi was one of the most beautiful submissions I’ve ever seen. I feel sorry for the younger & newer fans to mma that don’t know the history of these 2 legends in the sport, so thanks for uploading this vid. They are both every definition of warriors each in their own way which is why their losses don’t matter to me, how many of those were biased judgements, idk? Love them both.

After watching this video I think most people can agree Nick Diaz is a better fighter but Nate Diaz is a bigger star.

They are my two favorite fighters of all time. I always believed either one could finish anyone they was fighting on any night, even though they didn't always do that. They were both great.

I wasn't the hugest fan of Nick until I was at the hotel lobby where the fighters stay and they hung out to chill with the fans that knew about it. I was outside having a smoke and as he and a couple friends came out and lit up, it was just us, I had already got a pic with him inside but somehow I had the balls to ask him if I could take a puff and he just handed me the whole joint and they got in the car. Obviously my opinion changed instantly ha ha!

Nick was the better fighter but that doesn't discredit Nate changing his career from 20/20 with a small fan base to securing the bag while becoming a superstar, exposing him and Nick to a wider audience. Hell Nate created a belt out of thin air that headlined an MSG ppv.

Nick had 1 punch knock out power. 2 see nick grow as a fighter from kinda brawler... to great ground game (BJJ) then as a confident striker.. it was like he had no skills limit.

Nick was the better fighter just way levels above Nate. But Nate had more stardom. If the UFC would of never suspended Nick who knows how his career would of played out.

Nick's career was fucked by USADA. Had he never gotten the 5 year suspension (WHICH IS CRAZY) than he could have potentially been bigger than Nate popularity wise. Nick has always been the better fight IMO. Nate was far too inconsistent.

I’d say Nick probably edges out Nate in terms of whining. Nate probably edges out Nick in terms of sounding like an idiot though. Although Nick is probably dumber in reality. Seriously though, another well done video. Very accurate stuff.

I say nate, cause nate have more kicks. one thing that i liked when he fought pettis, was he kept throwing front kicks sort of like sean strickland, to disrupt his opponent. Nate also knees a lot more in the clinch, while nick throw hands in the clinch. I think nate kicks/knee a bit more than nick, and that's a big difference imo

Watch Nick Diaz vs Mike Aina then say Nate throws more knees in the clinch. Nick was just better at everything but punch power and publicity.

Condit for sure beat Nick. No question. Just look at the fight stats. Carlos outstruck Nick 4-1, threw more, and landed more. You don’t win fights by walking forward with your hands up talking trash. Hit more get hit less is a way better strategy

Scoreboard? Mfer I've scored that fight so many different ways it's not clear at all. It's The most difficult fight to score I've ever seen. I've watched that fight so many times and it's Diaz sometimes and sometimes I see it different but most times it comes down to 1&2 Diaz. 3 draw ,4 All condit, 5 could really go either way because of the takedown at the end and having his back controlling position for so long so I'd say another draw. So Diaz W's There's more to a fight than just stats. Ultimately I'd call this fight a draw and I think it absolutely should have been but first night I watched it I thought Condit won but after further review I truly don't think there is a clear winner.

Nick probably had the better career he was a fucking beast in his day one of the very best fighters in the world in his day. Nate had the bigger wins tho more because mma had grown a lot since Nick was in his prime and fighting Connor twice was huge. Think it’s fair to say Nick was overall the better fighter but both absolute legends of the game
