And yet people nowadays and including that floppy cardi and so many doesn’t give her the credit this women deserves!!!!!!! This woman did this by herself and her pen 🖊 . Period
They told her she wouldn’t last , they told her no one would buy her Music …. Meanwhile Pink Friday 2 is #1 on the billboard charts & is also been certified Platinum.
ong in the beginning they was basically like yeah well everyone likes her but it don’t mean nun if her first album flop . like what…. she literally says 3:00 and i will she manifests that fr
Feels so nostalgic watching this can’t believe how much time has passed.I’m so glad we were all right about how special Nicki was and is,she’s the best female to ever to do it in every aspect
Love that line from Nicki... "If I had accepted the pickle juice- I will still be drinking pickle juice". What she said changed my life and how I allow people to treat me.
It’s disgusting how social media has painted this picture of Nicki like she’s a insecure or negative. She worked her ass off to pave a way and overcome her circumstances. For her not to get the credit she deserves is Sicking .Nicki is The Queen of Rap , The sickest Lyrically and a beautiful creative Soul . Barb4Lyfe
When she started, they told her she had to be in a group to be taken serious, Look at all the doors she has opened for these young girls.. nicki is the reason female rappers are taken serious now!! She earned her respect.
yeah they do them every 4 years and she said it in the last one (my time again) that she wants to do one when she’s married or pregnant/a mother so HOPEFULLY SOON
I am by no means a barb but I just started watching her documentaries and listening to her more serious stuff (All Things Go, I Lied, The Crying Game, Grand Piano, also Dear Old Nicki and Autobiography) and I will say it has made me develop SO MUCH more respect for her as a person and artist. I wish more of her serious work was circulated mainstream, it would help ppl see her for her. There is definitely an agenda to push her as negative and insecure. Because I used to not care for her as a person, even tho I acknowledged her as a talented individual. Glad I got to see this part of her, it's very humanizing and relatable.

only issue is that the industry and general public dont like nicki anymore as she is jelly of girls 10plus younger than her that are sucessful and have grammys, the name nm dont hold weight anymore and nicki herself is messing up her legacy now cardi is the queen of rap
Follow My IG I don't know about all that you can't have a beautiful spirit and say there's a demon living inside of you she might be a beautiful person but the spirit I believe that's gone she already admitted that she sold her soul so there's no spirit once you sell your soul Spirit comes from God that's why they say the Holy Spirit so let's just say she's a beautiful person and let's just pray on her spirit that it do go to heaven when it's her time because once you sell your soul I don't think it's no getting it back
I rewatch this doc about once a year and I’m still blown away not only by her talent but sheer determination to be successful in her own right. Bless ya girl you did amazing ✨
what u dont have eyeballs or ears?? naw im serious!..That bitch is corny and arrogant as fuck! so thats why we hate her! because she gave us reason to not like her..
This made me cry😭, the facts that social media See's Nicki as the bad guy when she such a sweet, kind, honest, good person😫, but I love and no one can change that ❤️😚🥰
Omg I miss this time in music! Nicki really made us feel special during this time. It’s crazy how She is still a gem in 2022; winning and winning in her career.
This female rapper has had the longest career than any other female rapper and still making music THAT IS ON ROTATION ON MAINSTREAM RADIO till this day..she deserves much respect!
@@gushernandez25 because she want respect from these New female rappers but when she was coming in the game all she did was diss the female rappers before her or you forgot that. And no male rappers don't do that, sorry
Been a nicki fan since 2009. Her music made my teenage years 16-18 so much fun, I remember being 18 going to the club n always requesting them to play her music 🤣💗 love her so very much
I remember watching this when it first came out on MTV with my little sister. Re-visiting it now as an adult brought me to tears!! I LOVE THIS NYC QUEEN
I love how she asks for people's opinions and suggestions, it shows how humble she is and isn't afraid to make changes. She does know what she wants and that's great but being open to change and embrace it? Flexible.
made me respect and admire nicki more. she will forever be the standard and queen of rap. i wish we could have a doc of her in 2018 throughout her hate train and just seeing how she grind through that because it was very prevalent.
I remember this album came out when I was in high school. When she first came on the scene I drew to her fan base quick. I wore the Nicki bangs in highs school too lol. She hasn't changed she just evolved into who she was to become as a artist 😍😍👍👍💅🙌
Nicki Minaj is such a beautiful spirit. She really loves her family and makes sure they have what she didn't have the opportunity to growing up. Her happiness is not seeing struggle and I think that is beautiful gift to give to her family.
This documentary hits different now!!! It is now 2022 and Nicki has defatted the enemy that tried to destroy her legacy and career!!! She has defeated many industry politics and many industry scandals that tried to paint her in such a horrible way. She has defeated people turning their backs on her in such a dark and harsh time when she needed them the most & now everyone is seeing, woooooow, Nicki really isn't this horrible person the media and the industry tried to paint her to be!!! Nicki is the REAL QUEEN, who had no one to turn to but God and for that he installed so much strength & power into her!!! It's Jan 2022 and Nick is still her and stronger and better than ever!!! And was labelled the #1 female rapper to generate the highest earnings in 2021!!!! And that is real queen shit and shows you, god has the final say so. The devil may try to come and destroy you, but no weapon formed against the almighty will ever proposer!!!
You even have lil'kim trying to reach out!!!! Which speaks volumes, once upon a time Kim wouldn't even say her name!!! But because of industry politics and people in Kim's ear, she had no choice but to believe Nicki was trying to be her when in reality, they're two totally different artist!!!
The fact that she took the time to acknowledge her anxiety with her crew and let them know she loves them even though she gets upset; is why I love her. I get great vibes from Nicki. She really is a star & a beautiful one at that. I LOVE QUEEN 🦄🦄
They even attacked her when she announced her pregnancy. I pray she doesn’t let the negative vibes phase her and she has a wonderful and healthy pregnancy
Most artist have a machine , label, and handlers behind them doing everything for them. Nicki Minaj is her own machine. The fact that YMCandB gave her creative control makes her work 1000 times harder than regular artists. And her authenticity and longevity shows for it.
I've only watched "My Time Now" and "My Time Again". Is there already a part 3? Since it was mentioned in the part 2 that this was going to be a trilogy. Wanna finish it badly
@@stphntwlght she has another (the third one) coming out soon, probably this year... there is a trailer for it on RU-vid thou... type “ Nicki Minaj- Queen Documentary (HBO Max) [teaser]”
I loved how she brought her family clothes and shoes. Especially the girls/women buying them new bras and panties, things that they actually really need.
Yes ! She’s not selfish .. it can appears normal when you are famous to do things like this but I bet that a lot of celebrities don’t care about their family / fans .
Came back to watch this. She is now the first female rapper to debut at #1 on billboard since 1998. This is what I called hard work and resilience and why she is NEVER going anywhere anytime soon.
At this day and age let’s not kid ourselves, she’s a hardworking remarkable female rapper. And discrediting her only shows a bad misjudgement on your bit. No one after Nicki can compare with her periodt can we stop being delusional?
Man life goes by so fast I love this woman I’m glad I got to see her rise from back in 2008 to the top and take the crown 💯 She is the GOAT 🐐 I don’t see that changing for a long time 💯💯
@Hello there Listen to some of her interviews. She may not use crazy sophisticated language, but she gets her idea across very well in a way many people are unable to.
Seeing Nicki take care of her family makes me cry 🥺🥹 Like she just wants to be genuinely loved & her love for God makes me love her soo much more ! 🦄🫶🏼💕
I am rewatching this documentary this November of 2022 and still in tears. I can't believe how far she got and I forsee that she deserves everything in life. Always, the Queen of Rap!!!!
The truth...She is too deep for these other rappers that came behind her. There was not 1 female rapper that came after her,RAPPER and still in this game 10 years nonstop. She earned that 👑👑👑👑status for When women rappers got silent. We gotta respect that. We as her fans should never allow anyone to say she didn't change women rap music since 2007 and she can stand and say SHE STILL STANDING!EVEN WHEN OTHERS CAME AND STOP RAPPING THIS WOMAN IS STILL GOING UP AGAINST "THEY SAY THE BEST..Cardib. AND MY QUEEN WHO IS THE QUEEN OF RAP AINT BUCKED OUT YET! ❤❤❤❤👑👑👑👑👑I LIOVE WHAT SHE DOES PERIOD.
it’s so crazy how sad she was ... imagineee! she’s such a star & deserves everything she has now . hearing her say “I’m nervous because i know people can’t wait to bash me ..” really broke me
I'm literally tearing up as I'm watching this Documentary, I've been a Fan since the beginning... Wow,,, this is the realness of working hard towards your Dreams and being consistent for what you want in life and achieve it. 💯👏🏻🤩❤️🦄👑🎉
Rewatching all these documentary’s and seeing how much she’s grown is so beautiful. She went from not being to well known to being known worldwide and now she’s pregnant and married I CANTTT
