Like Madonna (and many other brilliant female performance artists that came before) Minaj is a genius at creating hype. I think she's a talented rapper and composer, but I'm not overly impressed. Her bag of tricks may begin to wear thin in a few years. Just my humble opinion. Also, for the record, I believe that if the Idol rumors are true and she's offered a seat at the judges table, the show will suffer. She too new to the industry truly be relavant.
