I keep seeing this so I'll try to answer this simply, there has been no charges or legal issues bc if the story is correct, this girl was 17. Which is technically of legal age in most of the US, If no pics were exchanged that makes it LEGAL, but lightyears away from MORAL and 100% cause for him to be canceled at least. This sucks, but it happened as doc himself admitted we just need to accept it and move on without him.

There’s absolutely no way of knowing for sure. I’m not defending at all I’m just saying he didn’t say he knew at the time of the messages he was talking to a minor. However, he should have never even been messaging ANYONE, given the fact he’s married and had already been caught cheating before. So at the end of the day there is no excuse for doc. But I don’t think anyone can say definitively he knew at the time he was messaging a minor or if that info was given to him after the banning.
