Beautiful interview! The transparency and authenticity is clear. Anyone who is willing to take the plunge in healing from trauma is a true warrior!!!🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
@richinoable Any human being willing to take the plunge in healing from trauma is a true warrior whether they are a public figure or not. Whether they are known or unknown. Healing from trauma is a unique individual journey. There is freedom when you are no longer attached to others' choices, actions, or identity. There is a universe to explore within our own consciousness, and there is no need to absorb the external or look for external validation. Observe what goes on outside, but don't absorb it. 🙏be blessed.
I once bumped into Nicky Jam at the grocery store Miami Beach. More like he bumped into me… but he was very polite, very kind. ❤ I pray he continues to heal.
My brother drove him to McDonald’s when he was heavy. My brothers ex wife’s brother was a club promoter and they picked him up from the airport and he was performing heavily drugged up. Even like that he was still very humble. They prayed for him to recover and get better not to his knowledge but they did.
Thank you for bringing someone with a different upbringing! I always remember, as a kid, growing up in Puerto Rico in the early 90’’s that Nicky was always on his peak, since a very young age. We’re proud of him and happy for the success he has built for himself after so much negativity. Keep em’ coming, Lewis! 🇵🇷
He’s always been so genuine & he takes accountability for his actions, I truly admire him as a person who has endured pain, hardships & turned his life around
I have never heard of Nicky Jam before but thank you @Lewis Howes and The School of Greatness for sharing this voice, this mind, and this humility with the world but especially mine! I needed to hear this! 💜💜
Thank you for bringing light to Nicky Jam. I have listened to him since I was a little girl and watched and stay tuned with his progression. He has no idea how much I see him as a big brother. I’m so happy for him. Thank you for having him as a guest!!
I agree with the ptsd I grew up in new York in the south Bronx during the crack epidemic and saw to many things that kids my age of 7 should not be seeing. It was normal to me, until I saw a therapist that told me that it wasn’t normal for me to see things such as shooting and murders and people doing drugs. So I was diagnosed with ptsd because I believed that was normal and reality is that it wasn’t. I totally identify with that.
I had no idea that he lived in my country and holds love, affection, and gratitude for Colombia 🇨🇴 and its wonderful people. Thank you for demonstrating to the world that we are so much more than drugs and cartels! What an amazing soul. ❤️

Nicky's honesty is great and Lewis, what a great interviewer and also sharing the healing process information is slick a beautiful thing. Your spiritual guidance is necessary and the love you show your guests is amazing. Nicky's music has got such great rhythm!
Thank you it's good to hear two men speaking about their personal experiences with mental/emotional/spiritual healing. As mental health counselor I encourage you to pursue therapy with evidence-based ptsd treatment. IMany of my clients have improved with EMDR.

Thank you, Lewis, for bringing Nicky Jam. I started listening to his music when back in 2008, and I knew his music would take him so far. Nicky, keep up your amazing work. I love all your songs 🎵 ❤

Thank you for having Nicky Jam as a guest. As a latina, it truly makes me proud for people to know his story. Nicky Jam is more than just a reggaeton artist. He is a humble person and truly is an inspiration.
Love the transparency. Did not know who he was either until Netflix and since watching I became a fan. Being so humble at the same time showing his wins and losses and showcase that in such artistic way. Loved this interview. ✨

I been listening Nicky jam since the 90s, I even shake his hand when I was 17 and now I'm 37. And at that time he was really fat 😂, he was on my top 3 favorite singers so yeah I know most of his songs.

Excellent show, Nicky & Lewis thank you for sharing your story, I always thought I was alone in this world suffering from these issues for well over 50 years with no one to talk to nor can ask for help because I would be chocking with emotions. My therapy is music
I'm not a fan of rap/reggaeton and have never listened to his music, but this was a GREAT interview. I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Thank you, Lewis! 🇵🇦
