His left arm flailing constantly made a lot of these tricks and bounces look a lot less clean than they could have been. Im not a pogo dude so maybe theres something I'm missing but on pretty much every single big bounce his left hand comes off and flails and it really took away from the "riding?" for me. No doubt some serious skill but that damn left arm killed it for me.

No doubt. But it’s the same as how skaters have to throw their arms up/back to manage their balance in the air. Wish it wasn’t necessary but it’s almost impossible to fly that high without using the arm to correct the center of gravity.
