this right here is pure and authentic love for the craft of making pure music and throughly enjoying what you love and not giving a damn about the materialistic bull that people fawn over intodays society
Partnering with 2K and Irrational Games was probably the best decision of their career, you should be happy a band you enjoy is having a lot of success.
I love Bryan Sipe's videos. At least all the Nico Vega ones. More music vids should be like this. Most have no feel to them. Of course the songs being great helps too.
Rather, if Bioshock brought you here, you found two good things for the price of one. If Bioshock didn't bring you here, you still have the one good thing.
Lol all these people bashing a game for getting Nico Vega more attention. I've listened to Nico Vega for quite a while, but i don't hate the game because everyone listens to the song from the game trailer. Bioshock Infinite is quite the masterpiece. As far as i know, the game has received extreme praise from the rest of the world as well. It's great that you have listened to the song before Bioshock, but nobody really cares. This is good for Nico Vega, as well as everyone else.
When I went to the park I sang this song while stomping and clapping on the ground! I love this song so much! Once I beat the first 2 Bioshocks I'm sooo playing Bioshock Infinite!
I can see it now, Wandering around Shantytown stumbling into these three in some broken down building, Elizabeth walking up to them, listening for a few seconds until Booker reminds her of the task at hand and they walk away.
I guarantee that the band would have never thought about this song being used for a video game. All's well, but now this kind of music should reach the ears of the younger generation. S***, it reached, and I'm happy. (Whistling this song all over the place now.)
