Harper has done it, because she sees that Emmet understood (somehow) that Harper and Phil have relationships. She just doesn't want him to see them together. They can continue meet each other, but not in ED. Emmet always says something about this situation, about Ihaia etc., so for Harper it is unsafe. Emmet can let Drew know about HarperPhil, if he continues to see them together. She has done this just for keeping this secret.

Yeah… Can we just say that we are talking about two adult people with responsibilities?!!! If they both [and I mean Phil being all ‘let’s just forget the world for now’, and Harper being like ‘if my anxiety won’t kill me, everyone else will’] continue dealing with this „affair“ like this, it‘s gonna blow up on them.
