Nicole: Cassie needs to contribute due to the financial troubles we're going through. Cassie: *offers to contribute and help out without being prompted or guilted into it* Nicole: What was that about? God, it's like the poor girl can't win with Nicole.
Thanks for the upload, I can't figure Nicole out at the moment, yer she's grieving, but why is she so down on cassie, maeve is so patient with her, am I reading this all wrong
You have to consider Nicole's history, especially with mental illness to begin to understand what is going on. She very clearly needs to go to therapy again but the problem is that her last therapist is also a trigger so therapy itself is like a trigger. In addition to anxiety attacks, she also can be prone to paranoia and the grief is exacerbating these predispositions. At least this is what I think the writers are trying to say.
While everyone grieves differently, as far as I know there are multiple stages of grief and it seems weird how Nicole has been stuck at the anger stage for ages (or it seems like ages, at least).
@@Kaltagstar96 yer it does seem age's, but I still can't understand the writes on this show, they have never really given Nicole and maeve a chance at happiness, they get them to a point where you think brilliant, then knock them back down again, . It's like they don't want them to be happy
Other than the first year they were together,it seems the writers alternate which of the two is crazy/unlikeable. After the Carla story line we had the whole Maeve/Tom debacle and all the stories of her going rogue at work and her being rescued by Nic. And of course the Brightshine story with Maeve alienating Wilder and Nic. Now suddenly Nic is turning against Cassie for no reason after being so supportive in the past. I get that it's done for the drama and it is a soap but there's no consistency in the characters themselves.
She isnt being mean to maeve. She is in her feelings and let maeve know how she is feeling. At least she is telling her and opening up to maeve. Maeve is trying to fix it to make nicole not feel the way she is. Cassie is trying to put a wedrge between them from what i was getting by the preview for next week.
