Please add more videos like this!! :) I am loving your videos. It is very hard to find NICU education online so this is extremely helpful. I started NICU at a hospital where I did not feel the training was good at all :(. I ended up quitting because of it. If I would've had access to organized information like your videos I could've totally done it. I searched for hours online and couldn't find much info. I am just now months later finding these videos. If you'd make a course of videos you could probably even sell them! :) Thank you!

When I’m older, I really want to become a NICU nurse but the only thing is, I’m afraid of taking blood or giving shots to the baby. I don’t want to hurt the baby. And, I’m really scared of looking at blood drawing.

Hi your video is very helpful, I would like to suggest more videos from you regarding problem solving of TPNs and IV fluids drops and blood transfusion of how much the baby will received and setting up in the infusion pump. Thanks..
