We sailed on the Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam for seven nights in March 2024. In this video, we’ll share photos of the food we ordered in The Dining Room, which was the complimentary main dining restaurant located on Decks 2 and 3 Aft, at the back of the Nieuw Amsterdam. The restaurant served a rotating menu each night.

The big changes since our Deck-by-Deck video are: America's Test Kitchen/BB Kings is now Rolling Stone Lounge, the Gallery Bar seating area was converted into more Casino space, Lincoln Center Stage is mostly an art auction space, the Digital Workshop is now the Portrait Studio, the Tasman Room/Screening Room is now a Library, part of the Kids Club is now High Score and available to everyone in the evenings, and part of Tamarind was converted into Morimoto by Sea. Finally, there were a number of accessibility modifications added throughout the ship (restrooms, bar spaces, etc.).
