Since this it has been discovered that the guy is an actor and has worked for channel 4 in the past. On his own website he offer "rough talk" acting as well as specialising in under cover acting. The voice on the channel 4 mockumentury is mine of his acting voices, there are xkios of him using his real voice on his website.

Turned out he is a Actor registered with Equity who employed him to do what he did. Seen is CV video the voice he used with Channel 4 was not his own so he was acting WHO EMPLOYED HIM channel 4 claiming it was not them.
