Are you stating the reasons Libya fell ? You give credit to the help from European programs not realizing that the unstable situations are largely due to the European influence so that precious metals and resources of that area can be stolen by France and the United States etc..

So far, Burkina Faso Mali & Niger are doing a great job and have started eliminating the Jihadist. Different governments are in control now with lots of changes to come. A three fold cord is stronger than a string. God Bless and Unite Africa.
