This breaks my heart to hear these words; but I think a BETTER description would be that the WEST has been made foolish by having SO much great POWER without having respect for others & SO much Great RESPONSIBILITY without understanding the necessity of Just & proper leadership. But the GREATEST cause for the current crisis in the WEST is when they decided the LAW is “what I say it is because I’m white. “ In my opinion, & I’ve searched history & the Word of GOD with DEEP Prayer & meditation & I’ve come to KNOW that the Foundation of Life & living in a CIVILIZED SOCIETY is: 1). Reverence & Respect for The RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD Almighty, by whatever name one wants to acknowledge & address the CREATOR. 2). The LAW is a Sacred Trust of Equal Justice for the safety & protection of ALL men & Second ONLY to the Righteousness of GOD. When ANY Society trashes these TWO Principles, their doom is nigh at hand. It’s just a matter of time. What hurts the MOST is when these failures take words of true concern & WISDOM & make you the ENEMY.

Remember what transpired in Libya when Gaddafi sought to establish an African currency backed by gold! I admire the firmness and independence, and courage that Niger is acting with. We need lots many African countries throwing their weights in this manner. If we hit a threshold of some 15 to 20 nations, many more will join the queue.
