Move Africa move fast and safe... it's our time the Africa's time. Long live Africans and May ALLAH bless our continent and its people. Son of East Africa (Somalia)
Very excellent job. African youth can improve today’s technology and even can bring new inventions. God bless you my dear Nigerian brothers lead our African youth with your rich talent. It’s time for Africa to bring back its old history and creativity.
Thomas it is not made to be a car. The power the engine produces doesn't have d capacity to carry the load of a 4 wheeled automobile at least for now. It's like saying your car should run on a motorbike engine..it wont move an literally
This is truly amazing , I'm from ghana and tricycles work here , but tbh cars are cars and tricycles are tricycles , why bother making it look like a car when you can just get in a car , and plus they're really cheap , will the new upgrades augment the price or it'll just be like paying for a taxi or even more ?
I imagine this is a difficult project to get off the ground, this guy must be a master. I really hope more men like this come forward in africa with all round solutions that create jobs, spending and economy growth.
Keep the good work brother. If our government systems have great Insights Nigeria should be great in our own technology developments rather than going out spending our money to import stuff.
Local scam brother.... these idiots dont want other people to know the biz so they make it sound hard like they invented the tricycle... i kid you not, they did not make a single screw even. It comes from Asia in crates or assembled just like that... including the fan, the backup cam, mp3player and everything...i assemble these in E. Africa also export some to the states
@@Lobo-Lobo THANK YOU MY BROTHER, BUT ASSEMBLY IS THE START OF MANUFACTURING. JAPAN STARTED THAT WAY. MEXICO STARTED THAT WAY. CHINA STARTED THAT WAY. INDIA STARTED THAT WAY. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT MY FRIEND, THEY JUST HAVE TO APPLY THEMSELVES AND KEEP PUSHING FURTHER AND FURTHER IN, UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW, AND MANUFACTURE EVERYTHING ON THE MOTHER LAND.
@@xdafactor7684 IM NOT Saying there is anything wrong with assembling... it is how everybody started... Even America started by assembling European made machinery in the 18th-19th century :) My comment was on the people claiming as if they invented the tricycle... By the way Honda started out by assembling bicycles then mopeds then motorcycles then cars.... Same with Toyota and others. Our people need to come out and say it, show the process so our youth can have the idea and say AHAAA, I can do that too some day... you know. What I noticed from these types of shows is the entrepreneurs make it sound hard for others to start, when in fact any kid could assemble these Tricycles by watching a video! So you know, I wasn't talking down these people for their efforts,,, Africa is so big enough for us all to prosper ,,,,My Japanese friends say "...If you can't master the low tech, you can't master the high-tech..." THAT says it all!
Truthfully I had a startup of this idea way back in 2016 after I left medical school. Got the inspiration from Telsa which was created by Elon Musk. I brought together some young Engineering graduates to develop an electric driven tricycle. I wanted to partner with fuelling stations to allow the tricycle charge at their facility over night since they always have power supply. I wanted to introduce the concept to the university environment to see the out come. I went extra miles to write the business plans and feasibility study report to pitch the idea to sponsors like banks, wealthy folks and even went to the ministry of transport in Rivers State. Unfortunately we couldn't find sponsors and had to shut down. Up till date it hurts when I remember how great it would have been. Kudos to you guys, it's a disruptive idea and I wish you all the best
I'm sure they don't care whether you are impressed or not. Countries borrows "technology" from one another. Most Chinese products are imitation of what has been produced in Europe, Japan and America.
It's a good design. My question is, where is the design specs? Have you done performance tests and what was the outcome? It looks like unstable, like it will capsize on the sharp turn. Can it safely operate if more mass if applied on one side
It looks more beautiful than a tricycle. Why not make it a car with four wheels? The same interior will go for a regular car. If you make ten of such, you can visit a state house. For instance, Oyo State governor would buy into it. India started from here. Southwest governors and Nigerians abroad would protect this enterprise. It goes well for a mini van
Elisha Oluwafemi no it will no suffice for a car because it will not have same horse power and wheel . Tricycle is a motor cycle on 3 wheels and a body over it
I can get you those if you want to assemble locally... Just solar... Solar with battery. Just battery or battery plus patrol (the engineers are ahead of the average person. ALWAYS)
I think it's worse now because it's more like locked cage with more weight on it without balance. Add one more tire there!!! Does it have to be tricycle??? Must we stock on Indian Keke mentality with 3 tires???
JamesKan really? And they also have a handle of a motorcycle just like you find on tricycles right? A car with a motorcycle engine. How smart of you 👏👏👏
Jay Dee there's balance because it has been tested and approved for service. N i think safety is assured. N about the Indian keke, the tricycle is made so that a common man can afford it and use it for financial support, not all Nigerians can afford motor cars.
This innovative thinking is what the Nigerian government and the politicians should be engaged in; rather, their thinking is impaired by their desire to enrich themselves and their families. This creative ideas can in essence create jobs for the youths of this country thereby reducing crime.
“As a man think ,so is he” If you think your destiny is destroyed ,I feel bad for you but I know that while the negativity is been expressed by people like you ,some Nigerians are working hard and reaping the fruits of their labor in Nigeria and I am a living witness God bless Nigeria
That is very idea but don't they need to change the motor engine to be able to carry more passengers? Since it gets heaver for the original tricycle motor engine
Laudable project. However, we live in a country were comfort and quality is less important to price and quantity. Case in point is the Ricketty metal coffins called danfo plying Lagos roads. For this project to succeed, the makers must find a way to ensure that the Units are affordable and state government must put up some form of legislation to curtail the prolifferation of substandard options.
@ 4:11 And after all these improvements the vehicle goes backwards further away from your destination. That is the story of Nigeria in a nutshell. They take one step forward and ten steps backwards. Lol
This type came to Ghana. But people are afraid to board it. The reason is , people say the normal one can be a way of escape in case of any accident, but for the enclosed one, if there is any danger, that is the end.
