🇳🇬 NGL as a Nigerian I’m always skeptical of foreigners trying dishes like Fufu, Amala, Eba, Pounded Yam etc. (The general name for these foods is called “swallow” because you swallow rather than chew) not because of the taste which is divine btw but because of the texture. It’s not foreigner friendly imo. They’re kinda like an acquired taste. I usually just recommend Jollof rice instead for obvious reasons 🌮🌮🌮
