Chaiiiii ...Sis Yemmie, I am a Malawian and I follow you like crazy. Your Husband must pay MORE LOBOLA for you. Your cooking cheers my heart- I praying for such a Wife,
I love garden egg sauce so much! Growing up, my mum used to place the cut garden eggs on clean broomsticks (there are skewers now) and put in the same pot with the yam so they can cook together. Such a genius way to save time and easily remove the garden eggs when it's cooked!
JESUS loves you❤😍. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20 KJV If you wish to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Please repeat. Lord Jesus I am a sinner. I come to you today. Please accept me as your son or daughter. Wash me with your blood. I confess you as my personal Lord and Saviour. In Jesus name. Welcome into the family of God.
The only thing I know I do that you don't @sisiyemisi is, I don't cut my garden eggs into bits before boiling,I boil them whole and when it's soften I peel of its skin cz it has, then mash them like you did.😍😍
This source reminds me of my Dad as he is the one that prepares it and we eat it with Yam on Sundays when he is available while I was much younger. Same way prepared as I can remember but I haven't tasted that over a decade ago and I can't prepare it myself. Thanks for sharing
In Zambia we call garden eggs Impwa. I like it stir fried with okra, onions and bell peppers. I generally don't like the taste of garden egg but love it cooked as a stir fry. I love aubergine. I could eat it everday.
I am so happy with myself, I have been on the lookout since I got up checking to see if Sisi Yemmie! had uploaded a content today,Hippy, yessssssss💃🏼💃🏼.First to mark presence👏👏👏👏🥰🥰🥰
I got to know about garden egg sauce when i started staying in Benin-city. Congratulations sisi on your milestone achievement...you have put in the work...Well done ma'am
Thanks sis, i was curious what Nigerians do with eggpalnts so i m glad i found this recipe. I will cook this now, i cannot wait to see how it turns out and if my husband will enjoy it
Another lovely one. I had to search for this because I was having a conversation with some old timers and they were talking about the good old days and how they used to enjoy it. I personally had never heard of it before
This is so nice. You know you make this a processed food and be distributing it to grocery store. Because Nigeria have a big vacuum in this area right. This will make rich and you will employ many people.
Sis Yemmie! I like all of your cooking utensils,Especially the mini mortar. This your garden egg sauce is going to be a new change from regular stew that my whole family is used too. Will try it out definitely,Finger cross that I find garden eggs at the African store,Because is something that I have never stumbled upon.
@SisiYemmieTv, I don't know if you will see this message, but guess what? This is over 3 yesrs that you did this vido but it was used by me today. For the first time I prepared Garden egg sauce watching your video and it came out perfect! See me enjoying it with my Yam. Thanks for this video! If I could, I will psot it on your FB or IG page.
I was going to ask whether I can substitute the garden eggs for egg plant (aubergines) but you already answered that! I would love to make this for my tata on vacation ♥️
I have never tried this but I follow you because I love your food it look's so delicious and i have friend's from Ghana that omgoodness the food is out of this world...my question though is if this Palm Oil is bad for you...I have always cooked with it when making some foods I hope it's good because I enjoy cooking with it....♥️👋
A really nice sauce, tried it a few months ago with eggplant but l don't think it tasted like back home for some reasons... Can you show us how to cook taro, cocoyam leaf sauce, its common among the esans in edo state. It has a bitter taste but goes well with yam, plantain. I think Ghanaians call it nkotonmire, similar to eggplant sauce. Thank you.
