Visit UK, USA, Rwanda, the military see it as a pride that citizens promote their paraphernalia. The video he didn't pretend to be a police or used it for illegal activities. In the video he gave police credit and how they are fighting against crime. What is there to investigate? A reasonable police can only applaud the act but condemn further use rather than wanting to investigate a black cloth. Let's not major in the minors.

I don't think he was detained for the Police Costume he wore. It must have something to do with Contempt of Court over the Falanas suit. He was ordered to pay a fine, and remove the controversial content, but he didn't comply. I'm not a lawyer, but Court's Order must be Implemented even if you're appealing, unless there's a Court's Stay of Execution Order! He'll be OK!
