Okay. If you like touch of seductiveness in their music you can start listening to "Divinyls" and other similar poprock/new wave 80s groups. But if you like the beats n melodies search for music like Synthwave, Synthpop, DarkSynth, Darkwave n Gothpop, That is because Night Club is heavily 80s influenced.
I'm embarrassed to say that I am just discovering this video and song now (March 28, 2022)! Where have I been for the past 7 yrs? Awesome song, and that lady dancing with the pink hair and outfit = amazing!
This is one of the most brilliant, minimalistic music videoes I have ever seen. First you think, "Oh, a concertvideo, how quaint." Then you think, "What the f*** is going on here?" And then finally you realize that you are looking at f***ing brilliance. How does this not have 10 times as many views...
I just love how deep in her music she gets. Giving two fucks if the audience is paying attention or not. Plus I like the video. Shows originality! She doesn't need a big audience to built up her confidence. She's just feeling her shit having a blast!
As someone who spent a few hours in the bars and clubs like that, you might be surprised to know that that crowd at the back that doesn’t seem like they’re paying attention, probably not only is paying attention, but marks the show as something they really enjoy. Some people just don’t show their emotions quite the same way.
Santiago Giovannii i saw the same lineup in Cleveland. great fuckin show. I just discovered night club, and thinking of them opening for APC sounds orgasmic.
Thought at first this was an actual live recording. Really cool concept for an original music video. Uncut scene from start to finish in a mostly empty bar with studio recording overdubbing the live music. I dig it. Especially when she exits the stage to go dance around at the end. (And I find the singer’s style and looks extremely attractive. 😍 I’d give myself up to her lol)
first time in over 20 years that i hear this style of beat and music again, the oldschool music .i really thought real good music is gone after 2000..seems we get some glimpse here and there. Keep this up PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!.
This is my absolute favorite song of yours. I love it and could listen to it all the time. 👁️👁️ I could watch the chick dance in that awesome purple catsuit too.
Crazy sexy adorable. Catchy, simple bass line and seductive, hypnotic vocals. I love how the video is set up - with only a couple of people paying attention in what looks like the wrong venue for this act (I'm assuming this sort of bad booking has happened). And last thing - drooling over that wall of vinyl. Great stuff!
Stunning idea for a music video if you're a band on a budget! As a guy, I feel like I'm missing out on a certain part of Depeche Mode, because while I can appreciate Dave Gahan's skill as a singer, I'm only aware of "sexy" consciously, I never considered that I'd certainly experience the vocals differently if I were gay/female. Everyone is so used to thinking they know what effortlessly cool looks like in media, but when you see Emily, you remember that REAL sexy doesn't need to try! I've never seen "badass" work as a vibe because it always comes with ego, but she actually IS badass and that's exactly what the band needs :D
Sometimes bands and musicians like to go to empty clubs and bars around certain hours of the day to make the video so it’s not crowded and they can do there thing. Just saying.. i know cause I use to be a band junkie lol
Everything is Awesome! Night Club so orgasmic on the dancefloor. Love this video. Shout out to all the musicians going hard in clubs empty like this. Can't tell you how much talent I've discovered in such places.
I can't tell if this was a joke or not if it was a joke yes I agree they deserve so much more! lol however if you were being serious I wanna point out this is a music video it was kinda the point to have the video shot where they are
No they deserve to spread the music to everyone, deserve to go where they want... Some of the BEST underground punk gigs in the 70s were in places just like that... go everywhere, be everything, become the music... anywhere.
🌹 Don't walk away You love me No matter what you say You need me Don't try to change What is meant to be Always will adore you Always be there for you How can you ignore my love? Give yourself up to me…. Can't run away I love you No matter what you say I need you Don't try to change A love that's true Always will adore you Always be there for you How can you ignore my love? Give yourself up to me….
Don't walk away. This music is like a fresh new beat that we all need. Can't run away. Words are magical. Give yourself up to me. Gives me an ionic new energy.
whats funny is the keyboard guy used to do the music for that band Dethklok in that awesome Adult Swim show- Metalpocalypse, back in '08-'12 ... and that shit rocked hard
I've listened to so many bands like this which are all mediocre, and assumed that perhaps it's just not my music. Only to hear this and know that there IS better!
I'm a big fan Night Club. I think your dj is awesome and he should be in the front on the left side of you so more people can embrace this talented musician.
Right? Personally I love the atmosphere of the devoid club/bar/arcade where the band just doesn't matter lol. "Give yourself up to me!" I scream onto the void. Kinda personally describes how the teenage kid just getting into this kind of music feels when he walks I to the night club. Street clothes, none of the stellar makeup everyone else is wearing. He's just there to give himself to the music but he walks into a club devoid of nothing but eyes and echos. Love every bit of that. Perfect video.
