The throat thing - I’m not sure if you suffer/suffered from anxiety before but this is a common symptom of anxiety, the muscle tension can lead to inflammation in the throat causing you to feel like you have a lump in your throat/something stuck there! Obviously it could be something else, but just a suggestion!! Xx

I’ve had that same feeling in my throat. I thought I’d swallowed something into my air pipe or lodged something in my throat. After a while it went away but it was so uncomfortable and irritating. Felt like I couldn’t breathe properly
