@@fayelouise834 not period - ovulation. buuut close enough LOL it's like a woman produces eggs every month but it has to be fertilized with a spermatozoid to create an embryo
You girls have actually made my night! You two together are just the perfect duo. Sophia looks so cute in the face mask just listen and taking in Cinzias very convincing conversations that even she doesn’t even know if it’s true 🤣
LMAO the egg talk. The eggs in the store are not fertilized. Hens still lay eggs even if it's unfertilized, it's like having a period. Sometimes farms will unintentionally include a fertilized eggs (not all farms are strictly only hens for eggs; most will also have roosters and breed the chickens for meat).
Girls if you go back vegan - get involved with tofu! Find a marinade that works for you, pop it in the air fryer and keep the batch in the fridge. Makes it so easy to make healthy meals, generally I’ll do rice + veg + tofu + whatever sauce. Have felt the world of difference health wise since incorporating a protein in every meal :)
I’ve been vegan for 5 years! I was actually wanting to go vegan for the longest time but when I started watching you guys back in 2017, that’s really what helped me do it! I do often find myself thinking about introducing eggs etc back into my diet but then I remember why I went vegan and I just morally can’t do it 😆 But whether you go back vegan or not, it’s all about just doing your best, a little is better than none❤️
I was vegan for 1 year, veggie for 5 and then went back to eating meat but the cowspiracy is what did it for me, literally overnight i went vegan. Honestly listening to you guys talk about it again has really made me think about going back veggie, my meals were way more creative than they are now!
Girls there’s a saying when it comes to perfume, if you can smell your own perfume on yourself then it’s not the scent for you, it’s when you can’t smell your scent but others can that it’s suppose to be the one for you 💖💖
Agree about Gary Yourovskys “best speech ever” on RU-vid, that’s what made me go vegan and I’ve never looked back since. Land of hope and glory, what the health are really great documentaries too. Making that connection with the animals makes you stay vegan, It’s a small inconvenience for us at first, whereas it’s literally life of death for them. ❤️
Loved the Vegan talk and would love to see if you guy peruse Veganism in the future. I'm currently Vegetarian and planning on quitting dairy soon as well
If the egg floats then it’s off and if it sits on the bottom 🥚and the male chicken (cockrel) is needed to fertilise the egg so the egg will never grow a chicken unless the male chicken has fertilise it x
@@shannonheartsx so i use it every time i wash my hair which is about twice a week. once i’ve put my shampoo in i just scrub my scalp for like 2 minutes and then rinse x
I saw a tiktok recipe for cheese fondue and they had an assortment of bread, little baked baby potatoes, brocoli and other roasted veg to dip into it... looked amazing if you wanted some ideas!
So glad people have found out about acneclinic site! I used to go to their clinic monthly for acne treatments pre-pandemic definitely recommend their products :)
i fully agree with your morals with veganism, i love animals more than anything. but eating healthy/vegan in my country is so expensive and we don’t have a lot of options either. i call myself flexitarian, i don't buy or cook any meat but will be flexible when i eat out or get takeaways.
If you just hold a egg in your hand and turn it upside down and back like a gentle shake. A good egg you don’t feel anything. A bad egg you will feel that yolk. Don’t open…I did once it’s a smell you’ll never forget.
The egg thing killed me hahaha babes the eggs we eat are unfertilised, so just getting rid of eggs like periods. An egg with a chicken is like an embryo ahaha christ I need to have a sleep over with you gals, you crack me up - no pun intended.
The chicken and rooster definitely need to do the deed to produce an egg that will turn into a chick gals! the eggs we get definitely are unfertilised!
Ladies, we release an egg each month (ovulation) that hasn't be fertilised. That's what we're eating of the chicken. We're not eating the fertilised eggs of the chicken! love you 🤣💙
hey girls! ive been veggie for 5 years but recently committed to veganism, i reckon if you wanna make the transition, doing a few days a week as a vegan would really help because you would be focusing on making more vegan meals on those days and eventually it would come naturally to you. ive been using mob kitchen a lot for recipes and its great!! love you girls, thank you for doing what you do!! ❤️❤️
The vegan conversation was interesting. But I also realised the option of being vegan is a privilege. It’s a very third world thought process to think humans wouldn’t go out and kill an animal and then eat it without hesitation. Ofc people don’t do that in the west because we don’t have to. But in other parts of the world people own sheeps, cows, ect. They kill the animal and eat it without hesitation. So honestly it kinda discredits the vegan argument, and actually credits the argument that it’s human nature to eat animals. Because veganism is only an option when you have options.
It’s not almost Christmas😂 - Also it’s not basically winter next month either, September is still technically classed as summer the last day of summer is 23rd Sept x
Girls if you need some advice on going veggie/vegan refer to The Food Medic's (Hazel Wallace - a doctor with an MSc in Clinical Nutrition) and Dietetically Speaking's (Maeve - she's a Dietitian) blogs & instagram pages! They have done loadsss of blog posts on how to get the nutrients you need when adhering to a plant-based/vegetarian diet. The information they put out is unbiased and they are both very much qualified to give out such information (unlike a lot of people!). Their blogs are super easy to read as well x
I read somewhere humans have naturally both canines and incisors along with molars to consume plants and meat based food. If you search most herbivores don't have canines as they don't need it to consume plants... and almost all carnivores have only canines and no insicors as they don't eat plants and need canines to rip meat off other animals... It's quite fascinating humans have both.... Just a thought x
i think balance is the besy way!!!!! sometimes the vegan diet can be restrictive - choosing vegan / veggie when you can is great but not having the label is better i think :)
