Night market is all about bargaining.. just bargain your ass off even with the food.. if you come at a price that they accept but are pissed off about you know you have a good deal, otherwise walk away and try at another place usually they run after you anyway.. btw the banana pancakes and ice creams you see everywhere suck and believe me thats not just my preference of taste.. also ask if they can bbq your food a little longer because we tourists have weaker stomachs than locals
