Thanks for the long video love! I wonder if people ever get through my hour plus videos. Either way, I'm going to keep them coming. Thanks for watching!
I did in case of the last morning commute one, although in two half an hour steps because the video came in very late in my timezone. No talking, just watching and listening to you and the bike. Also just noticed that the video is from June '17, popped up in my recommendations and thought it's a new vid :'D
Yes indeed! I love the country and the city equally. They're both so gorgeous at night. One has the lights of the buildings and the other has the lights from the stars! You don't get more than 1 or 2 stars when you're looking into the night sky of the city.
@@droflic 883's are so basic and crude it's impossible to not love cruising around town on one. Everything under 72mph is a blast on a Sporster. Do reg maintain and don't modify it & it'll last a lifetime.
Hey man. Great video! I have a question, what is your GPS brand and do you recommend it. I also ride a 883 in NYC and I like the way it fits perfectly on your bike. Thank you for your time and be safe. See you on the NY's road maybe.
I'm rocking an iPhone 7+ using Waze and I have it attached with the Quad Lock bike mount. You need to get the Quad Lock mount and the case. Check out their website: www.quadlockcase.com/products/bike-mount It definitely does the job!
Love your Iron. Cool Bike! Liked the point that you did not talk alot. I especially liked your gps and its location Would you share what gps you have, the mounting bracket, and how u like it. I want to get one myself. Nice gloves too. Keep up the good work. I am jealous! Oh, and why only a left side mirror? Did you not like the stock mirrors lowered to the bottom of the handle bars? Getting my Iron real soon!
Hey Jeff, thanks for the moto love! I actually have my iPhone 7+ connected to the bike with a Quad Lock mounting system. I'm using Waze as my GPS app because I like the warnings on it. The Quad Lock system is great because it's easy to put on and take off the bike. I think when it's mounted it looks pretty clean. The gloves are Lee Parks and you can pick them up from Union Garage in Brooklyn. It's best to try on several pairs because they're hand made and each one fits differently. I only have the one side mirror because I sadly couldn't mount the second one (there's actually a how to video documenting my failure). I still like the look better than the flipped mirrors. Now I'm used to one side mirror and I like the look of it. You're going to love the Iron! I'm excited for you! Enjoy the bike and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching!
Daaaaamn dude. Lane splitting in NYC? NY doesn’t lane split, or should I say “filtering,” and most drivers in NY aren’t even aware of this practice. You’re lucky you got outta there unscathed.
I've used two different kinds of fuel packs. I started with the Power Commander V and thought it did a really nice job with my pipes and air system. Then I upgraded my engine to a 1200. Harley couldn't figure out how to map the system with the Power Commander, so they threw in a HD fuel map. You'll notice an improvement for sure with the FP3.
