[Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe🎃]
Ingredients
1/4 pumpkin
200g cream cheese
200ml fresh cream
70g sugar
1 egg
(For decoration)
Whipped cream
Pumpkin seeds
How to make
1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, peel it, and cut it into pieces about 5mm thick.
Put it in a heat-resistant bowl, cover it lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave it at 600W for 8 minutes.
3. Strain while it's still hot.
4. Put the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.
5. Add the cream, eggs (pre-beaten is best), and strained pumpkin and mix.
6. Pour into a mold lined with baking paper and bake in a 180° oven for about 40 minutes.
7. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, then top with toppings and it's done.
[Steamed autumn salmon and plenty of vegetables recipe🍲]
・Ingredients
5 slices of autumn salmon
About 1/4 of a cabbage
1 pack of maitake mushrooms
1 pack of king oyster mushrooms
2 small sweet potatoes
Lotus root - as much as will fit
About 5 asparagus
・How to make
1. Wet the bamboo steamer with water and line it with large pieces of baking paper.
2. Sprinkle salt on the autumn salmon and leave for about 5 minutes.
3. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and pack in as much as you like.
4. Place the autumn salmon on top of the vegetables and place small pieces of butter on each piece.
5. Steam in a 24cm bamboo steamer for about 15 minutes. (Adjust depending on the size of the bamboo steamer)
6. Place on a plate and top with ponzu sauce.
