Oooh I really like the advice about combing your hair from the bottom up otherwise too much hair will fall out! That's me at the moment - long and thick hair, and whenever I comb it, a lot comes out! I also have to put on toner and lotion as soon as I come out of a shower otherwise my skin definitely feels really dry soon afterwards!

Do you always dry your hair with dryer? Is it not damaging.. what products do you apply to your hair

seeing as she doesn't constantly damage her hair with bleaching and coloring, she's fine using a hair dryer on a daily or frequent basis. And all or at least most dryers also have a cooling option so you're not constantly blasting your hair with heat. My mom's always used a hair dryer for the past 50-60 years and her hair's still super soft. Depends on how much damage you actually do to it with killing it with chemicals and your hair type.
