🧑🍳COOKING DIRECTIONS
[ Simple and refreshing Pork Shabu Salad Udon 🍜🌿 ]
Cooking time: 15 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Frozen Udon … 2 packs
・Pork (for shabu-shabu)…150g
・ Mini tomato ... 5 to 6 pieces
・ Japanese ginger ... 2 sticks
・ Perilla ... 4 to 5 pieces
・Cut salad…appropriate amount
(A)
・Noodle soup…100ml
・Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
■ How to make
① Boil water in a pan, add the frozen udon when it boils, defrost for 1-2 minutes, cool with cold water and put in ice water.
②While the water for pork shabu-shabu is boiling, shred the perilla and myoga ginger, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
③ Cook the pork shabu-shabu briefly until the color changes, transfer to a colander and cool with cold water.
④ Put the udon on a plate, arrange the cut salad as much as you like, put the perilla, myoga ginger, and cherry tomatoes on top, and finish with the sauce mixed with (A).
*If you like, you can add lemon for a refreshing taste.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Eggplant... 3 pieces
・ Small green onion ... appropriate amount
・Sesame seeds…appropriate amount
(A)
・Sugar…2 tablespoons
・Soy sauce... 2 tablespoons
・Vinegar... 1 tablespoon
・ Chicken glass soup base ... 1 tsp
・Grated ginger... 1 teaspoon
・ Garlic tube ... 1 teaspoon
・Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
①Mix (A) in a bowl.
② Remove the stem from the eggplant and cut it into 6 pieces.
③Put sesame oil in a frying pan and bake over medium heat until the eggplant is tender.
④ Transfer the eggplant to the bowl mixed with (A) and mix with the sauce.
⑤ Add more eggplants and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds to complete.
