This makes me like and appreciate you even more! First time i saw you on TikTok I even made the assumption “just a pretty face” then looking into your stuff, realized your just a hardworking equestrian who loves her horses. This also normalizes you to us less pretty folk LOL I love your barn and routine! I also have a mini and she bosses all my big horses around 🙈, and the favorite in the barn! I also love seeing the differences between UK and America with simple things like feed and what not, always something to learn from each other! (Tip for cold weather as I’m from New England in the US and we got cold and lots of snow in winter... if you buy a strainer for like cooking, the smaller ones with the handle, I get them from the dollar Store here, they’re perfect for getting ice out of buckets and tubs and also in warm weather to clean out buckets when you can’t dump them everyday and just need to get the hay or what not out!!)🖤
◦•●❤♡GOOD VIDEO!! ENGAGING FROM BEGINNING TO END, HOWEVER, BUSINESS AND INVESTMENTS ARE EASIEST WAY TO MAKE MONEY IRRESPECTIVE OF WHICH PARTY MAKE IT TO THE OVAL OFFICE ♡❤●•◦
Oh yeah!!! Definitely. It’s amazing to realize that most people have not realized that some of us make a fortune from bitcoin or crypto sponsored investments. The earlier you realize that the better!!!
quick question, why do u feed Black Jack his grain on the ground. Couldn't you just get a feed pan for him. I mean i know there is only a little grain but still.
This water really was not too much. A big sloppy soupy feed helps prevent choke and other issues and keeps them hydrated. My mares dinner must look like pig swill or it gets left 😂
It's okay If You don't understand, but possibly read after the digestion of horses...🧐🙄 a LITTLE moisture ( water or much better the oil!) helps prevent dustiness. Water during meals not favorable, horses never drink while eating, it's no accident. Digestion of the pigs quite another case than horses.... Pigs are omnivores like humans Regards....
Hi, no hate, I’ve watched a couple of your videos, but I was just wondering if your horses get let out at all or if they are on 24 hour stall rest other than when you are riding? or are they just in at night?
Im pretty sure all the horses inc Blackjack get daily turnout but at the min the ground is solid and slippy so like most of us just turning out in the sand school :)
Nice video, lovely. I suggest you to feed him with oat or barley as a grain and grasses hay or better AlfaAlfa hay. I would love to see how you galloping, cheers
Every horse is different and you have to ask a professional to help with feed... Most healthy horses - (that dont do intense work) dont need anything more than quality hay
We soak our food at the barn I work and ride at, too! It IS a mess, one guy I have to turn out right after he eats lunch, he will nuzzle the back of my belt as we walk (patting me down for treats!) and he always leaves a yucky crust of food on it- when they are that cute you can't be mad, though, Gee and his messy little muzzle were SO CUTE! I miss taking care of my (not technically MINE, but I love them as if they were!) bubbies, I somehow caught Covid (I wear a mask EVERYWHERE- problem is, I am the ONLY one who does at my barn, probably how I caught it in the first place- although nobody else got it!) so I haven't been able to work or ride or even visit since the middle of December, I am going insane for some muzzle kisses, I even miss the poop and the dirty stalls! I also have to close the windows on REALLY cold nights, that made me miss it all the more, I am really desperate for a horse fix, this helped but kind of also made it worse, haha, if only I could smell it, too! That might sound weird to non-horse people, but I know you and most anyone reading this gets it! I love your barn set-up, with the ring right there, I don't know, it is just very cozy or something, it is so nice! I MISS doing feeds so badly, I miss the knickers and whinnies and even the stall kicking, haha (thinking of you, Grace and Storm! Nobody is going to steal your food, guys...🐎😶🐴) Hopefully one day I will have a couple of my own to take care of, I love it more than anything in the world, maybe even more than riding! Well, maybe not MORE, but that stuff isn't even work to me, it is so fulfilling to take good care of them , especially when they give us so much! Can't wait to see what you feed and why, that is so fascinating to me! Thanks for the great videos! Happy New Year! 🐴🎉🐴
Do you ever have days when you really don't want to do it? Like when you're tired? I bet when I get a horse I'll be like that 6 times a week.. I'm quite a lazy person..😅
