The secret stilt house stands tall over the swamp, its wooden legs buried deep in the murky depths below. The house is visited by those lost and seeking refuge, its lights shining bright in the night, slicing through the mist and fog-a most welcoming sight for weary travellers.
So I love night swamp sounds and have been wanting to do an ambience like this for ages now. Literally years. Glad to have finally gotten around to it! Enjoy the sounds of frogs, crickets, owls, and general forest nature sounds paired with creaking and softly lapping water.

This is one of my very favourite things!! Frogs singing at night!! It's one of the best sounds to fall asleep to. Behind our house used to be a swampy area and when the spring peepers started, I would be SO happy, all cozy and reading in bed, with the window cracked. Now we have subdivisions, and I no longer hear the frogs and crickets, and besides, the weather is still so freezing! This morning was 0 degrees when I left for my walk in my winter coat and toque!! Anyway, all the sounds in this are so good. I could easily nap or fall asleep at night to this. I'm imagining those weary travellers having a pint, a warm comforting meal, and then trundling off to bed to drift to sleep to the night sounds.

I cannot believe how long it took me to do a swamp! I find the frogs, crickets and owls so calming too. I'll have to do more eventually! Brrrr! I've heard the weather is really up and down there. Ours is rainy-so nothing out of the ordinary for Vancouver, lol. Hope it warms up for you soon! 💚

Oh I love this piece. 🏴‍☠️ It feels like the first location of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. I love that place ❤️ At this point, when the banjo 🪕 music starts to play intermittently and sleepily, my image is complete.

This would most definitely be my favorite place to be sitting outside on the porch enjoying the warm weather and the awesome sounds of the rural swamplands including frogs croaking, crickets singing, dogs barking off in the distance and the fish jumping in and out of the water, this really awesome and I actually live near an area like this here in Oklahoma it is just like this Thank You and have a really wonderful afternoon and take care.🇺🇲🏘️🏞️🏘️🇺🇲

Beautiful. I love the soft purring of the frogs. I live in FL in a real swamp and there's like 6 different kinds of frogs going nuts every time it rains and the sound is deafening and annoying whenever you go outside 😅

A stunning one! I don't know why, but swamp and frog-like sounds have become quite a recurring theme this year... I see frogs in my back garden all the time too, this is gonna be a sure thing for evenings with my book
