I love brushing my teeth in the shower. I'll rinse my mouth out with warm water & sometimes hydrogen peroxide and floss... then I get in the shower to finish my teeth care.

It's always good to talk about how you're doing and feeling, never be sorry ❤️ there will be good days ahead, I promise ❤️ we are all on different journeys but have experienced suicidal thoughts where I really thought couldn't handle it anymore, things did get better (I told my family and see mental health specialists, I really recommend it) and now really believe there will be good days ❤️ the littlest things are a lot - Good days could be going outside after not going out for weeks or months and breathing in the fresh air, a new song/film/TV show/RU-vid video/podcast or video game coming out, giving to charity, coming across a cute animal video and eating your favourite food ❤️ I promise you will get better, there are loads of good and happy times ahead waiting for you ❤️
