This anime if From Mekakucity Actors. He is Kuroha, he is inside Konoha, a person that looks like Kuroha but has white hair and pink eyes (?) with what he wears is a white version of Kuroha. Kuroha is a Villain/Enemy from Mekakucity Actors, while Konoha is a good person - yet he is still untrustworthy because Kuroha is still in him.
