This is another upload that I found through osu! many years ago, I will link the beatmap down below. I have more by Groove Coverage planned but I try to space them out enough so that there is some good variety and you don't just get to listen to the same artist for like four months. Okay, I think I also didn't know that one yet. But it certainly gives that early 2000 vibes like the other classics, so I'm sure it fits right in. And why exactly does that beat remind me of russian hardbass?

Me neither, but apparently Groove Coverage was really big back then. *Edit I can't believe I just said that. God I feel old now....

the reason it reminds you on hardbass is because the song uses something that you would call "hardbass donk" today. look it up, you'll easily notice what I mean. Used to be used mainly in early techno and hands up (although mostly a lot less strong) but then hardbass kinda took it and made it its signature sound! also yeah groove coverage was the best! I may be biased because I grew up with them but yes xD
