I'm pretty sure that's because people think that 1)we live the world like they did (wich is unbelievably wrong, with terrorism, global warming, unemployment and everything that is going on wich change our society) 2) if something is wrong, we'll get it sorted out by ourselves (wich is nearly impossible as we would have had to be prepared, but we aren't). It wasn't abuse tho Touya was the first child of endeavor he earned his father's quirk and his mother's sensitivity to heat his fire was far stronger than endeavor's so he was trained endeavor. When he was about 8 endeavor relized that touya's own flames burn him he then refused to train touya cause his path would of been filled with blood. He then had shoto todoroki the youngest child of endeavor. (reminder touya is first fuyumi is second natsou is third and shoto is fourth) after endeavor refused to train touya, touya used to sneak out and train by himself (and burn himself in the process). when he was 13 he was burned in his flames. The todoroki's believed him to be dead he was alive he somehow survived the temperature and he left with only scars. he baught washable hair dye and became a villain.

Maybe someone in your family you feel linked to, or a friend... but if you can't think of anybody, then maybe you could see a psychologist? It would surely help you to speak about how you feel to someone who can help you with it and who know how to. And on another point, maybe you could speak to them about this past that seem to be a problem in your everyday life? Because you can’t live in the present if the past keep coming in and messing around, and coming to terms with past events will surely invite the others to do the same. Anyway, even if you don't do any of it, remember that someone love you, even if they don't show it. It can be someone you work/are in class with/live nearby, or even just someone who take the same bus as you each morning and who would be worried if you weren't here. Also, don't push yourself: it is OK to feel depressed, don't punish yourself for it. Even more! Treat yourself well! Buy chocolate just to eat it when you want, take a bath after a long day, go for a walk outside just to see that the sky is beautiful. Don't forget to live ^^ Lot of Love, esoti

Agreed, people don't seem to recognise that guys get sad and all too because "That's not right" "Guys aren't supposed to show emotion" all that and it's bull.
