This song is so true. Honestly, all girls are labeled as size 2 perfect girly girls. Not all girls are like that. Magazine Companies think that if they put the image in girls heads, they will automaticaly want to take that image. Not knowing the risks, some girls will even starve themselves trying to become that image. When really, they are already perfect. Some do not realize this, therefore hurting themselves to become the image in the magazine. Some even get plastic surgery. If you stay true to who you are, you will always be perfect.

Society's messed up like that, people see us girls as weak fragile things and guys are expected to be tough and protect girls. It's not fair to guys and I feel bad for you guys. I can see how some of these things are true but not all of the stuff girls complains about happens just to girls. A lot of guys are harassed and hit by girls and stuff. But the second a guy hits a girl or harasses her you're in huge trouble. It's really weird but it's how people think. You guys need just as much support as us but you don't get it from society. There's this guy in my friend group, and he's a pretty cool guy. Anyways, to protest the dress code, he wore a tube top and short shorts to school, since they are technically within what a guy can wear at our school. He was protesting the dress code using the logic that anything that applies to girls should apply to all genders. They didn't end up changing it, but it was fun to watch the adults rumble up to him to be like YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE DRESS CODE, and then he pulls up the official stuff on his phone and is like, "You can't arrest me, officer. I'm not violating any laws."
