I remember the Columbine event as clearly as 9/11. I remember the places I was and the people I was with for both events down to ridiculously precise details. I immediately knew 9/11 was a very bad omen of things to come. Never in a million years would I have guessed that Columbine was the beginning of the new normal. Am I the only one that remembers the worst days far more clearly than the best days? Man, I wish it was the other way around. Best wishes to all. 😔 sad she went through the columbine shooting and the coach died but she survived. Went on to marry had kids and helps others who go through similar situations involving shootings. A true survivor giving back. Rest in peace coach. ❤

Starting by educating people on the need to educate *all people* within its borders, so foreigners and their children become good citizens and the doctors, scientists, artists that make the country great - and that Americans whose immigrants ancestors arrived a bit earlier understand that voting for people who consider education as a right and not a luxurious commodity (or a threat) are their best chance. Who said, "I love the poorly educated!"? Who was the POTUS who put as Education Secretary a millionaire who did the more she could to privatize it, and even tried to defund the Special Olympics?

The measures to ease the work load of Controllers - is 40 years late. It's just a miracle and the dedication of the people working that job that we haven't had the disaster - that we sooner or later we will have - if they don't do something about this. The Controllers under Reagan - went on strike to try and force the issue - and Reagan fired them all. .
