Who is "required" to retire at age 65? Recent retirees where I work are over 70. Myself? Less than a year from now, my full retirement age is set at 66 and 7 months.
People aren’t required to retire at 65. They have the option to there’s a world of difference there. I work with a man who’s 80 and he does pretty hard, physical labor, you would never know it if he didn’t tell you. Every single individual is different. You can’t judge someone by their age that’s called ageism, and it’s a prejudice just like anything else is. You’ll know one day when YOU get older.

@Glenna10 No, the summer season is basically gone now. Our temps only went up to 96 for one day and immediately came back down to the 70's. Usually we would have 40 days of 90 or higher every year. Now, this has been happening for the last 5 years in a row. I'm 50 yrs old and I've live here all my life. The climate is definatly changing here.
