Stamina is so important in a fight... I would have been winded too. This is why I work around the house & yard and hit my punching bag everyday, but even that isn't enough. I have to add bicycling or jogging.

Tall and long arms mean nothing. Some people think somehow tall and long arms are an advantage, but they are not because if you have two fighters weighing about the same but one is taller the tall dude is giving up more than he's gaining example the tall dude only has outside advantage, but the shorter man has inside, speed, strength, power, coordination. So overall the shorter man has more advantages that's why the best fighter are shorter for their weight class like Tank Davis, Pitbull Cruz, Canelo, Usyk.

I agree being tall isn't always better, but I don't think being shorter is always better either. Shorter people are usually faster and generally take less impact from hits (given that they're light on their feet) but I think tall folks usually have a higher ceiling for power potential. I believe Eddie Hall is the current world record holder for the punching machine, and he's a gigantic guy and also has trophies for strongest man on earth. And then there's people like Israel Adesanya, who don't generate a lot of power with their straight shots, but do more damage with hooks and haymakers than any other body type on earth. That's why Izzy uses counter-punching as his main defense when he's losing.
