I’d been a fan of both Pip and Sabrina’s for some time before making this song. Once I had the idea, I knew it was for Pip.
We made the song in Lockdown 1 and it was all done remotely. It wasn’t ideal but Pip’s writing and performance really speaks to that time and is so powerful. Only after she delivered her parts, I had the idea for the ending. I reached out to Sabrina, who delivered in a major way. I couldn’t be happier than how these two artists contributed to this song 💜
