one of the more well known songs from the moody blues collection that for some silly reason was stuck in my head and ofc it made sense to do a cover of this great tune.
You did a great job! Excellent playing, great guitar sound, and a really good singing voice! I'd like to hear your cover of this song accompanied by the Mellotron and flute. That would take it to the next level.
Sorry about all the people from the deaf, dumb & blind school that accidentally pressed the thumbs down button. Dude you're AWESOME! I also cover this song but, you did it way better. KEEP PLAYIN & KEEP POSTING GO PLAY AT Bars and stuff. before you get old and cant do it anymore , like me. Be proud of the Marty image, it will do nothing but boost you up .
Nights in white satin Never reaching the end Letters I've written Never meaning to send Beauty I'd always missed With these eyes before Just what the truth is I can't say anymore 'Cause I love you Yes, I love you Oh, how I love you Gazing at people Some hand in hand Just what I'm going through They can't understand Some try to tell me Thoughts they cannot defend Just what you want to be You will be in the end And I love you Yes, I love you Oh, how I love you Oh, how I love you Nights in white satin Never reaching the end Letters I've written Never meaning to send Beauty I've always missed With these eyes before Just what the truth is I can't say anymore 'Cause I love you Yes, I love you Oh, how I love you Oh, how I love you 'Cause I love you Yes, I love you Oh, how I love you Oh, how I love you
What a wonderful tone on your Guitar Clint. Your vocals are also 'bang on the money' Definitely one of my favourites from your excellent collection! Thank you.
So far you sound and play better than most of the people I have heard playing one of my favorite songs. Justin Hayward would encourage you to make a start by trying songwriting and playing it live. You are almost there!!!! Congrats on all the likes and comments.
I’m actually trying to learn his version for my 20th Anniversary in 2020. My wife and I danced to this song at our wedding. Great choice for a first dance song.
I can see why he would think there is a pitch corrector due to the repetive shake on the last love you in the chorus but however I think that's just a bit shakey in the voice amazing job mate
Fortunatly the UK is far from here...I could just pinch your cheeks (but you're safe because of the distance)...this is one of my first favourite songs at all...God bless the silly reasons in your head...10million stars! ;o)
