Played Lannister vs NW - the NW player brought a catapult and a scorpion and those war machines were a bit scary. Now with their new morale it was possible to focus them down with panic tests. I had Joffrey on money bags as much as I could both to deny heal and to have Cersei get back 2 cards and then I can make them take a panic test with Joffrey attached with Subjugation and Hear Me Roar, and also take the crown for another panic test. Also, all the units with Lannister Supremacy can cause a panic as well. This is how I removed a catapult. It was already hard with no possible panicked tokens on the unit but now it is at least possible.
Pretty good analysis overall. Good job to the both of you :) You've missed a couple of interresting facts about TTB. A) its not limited to infantry anymore, so cavalry units and monsters can enjoy it as well (except for the take attachment part) B) Neutrals can also use TTB which they could not before, so it does open up listbuilding a bit on that side C) vargo and arya can use TTB to steal attachments even without killing the unit
Gutes Video. Für meinen Geschmack verfällst du nur zu sehr in Monologe. Fände es gut wenn du deinen Gesprächspartner mehr einbinden würdest und ihn öfters um seine Meinung fragst :)
Danke Rick, tolles Feedback. Randall bat mich in diesem etwas mehr den Lead zu übernehmen, da er nicht so vertraut mit der Nights Watch ist. In Zukunft wird das anders sein! Danke für Deinen Support!
Thanks for the review. Quite informative. Now, when other club players ask “How do you like the update,” instead of saying “go fck yourself,” I can simply send them your review. :D
Can anyone help. Probably a very stupid question, I’m play Nights watch with war machines today for the first time, when you add a war machine to your list like the stone thrower that costs 8 points, is that for both in the box. Or just one stone thrower, like to field both would cost 16 points or 8?
I’d recommend you jump on our Discord, we have list and meta channels for each faction and we can guide you through asoiaf-stats which is also a great resource!
NW still have pretty good units, which are on same on highter level as their point equivalent (well, Sworn Bros could go to 7/6/5, as a elite brussiers) and great NCU. Aemon (which bring sick heal, and in previous seasons was not played because of better options), Donal, Ser Denys, Bowen, Sam, even new Crster look good. Their deck got slap hard, but it was needed, because in previous seasons that deck was overperforming hard. One timers from deck still are prowefull and easy to use, but without cherryb on the top. NW will need to learn to play missions and objectives as rest of faction did, no more brainless "Go and wipe enemy out".
I think the "too much" is understandable. Ive found no evidence that the 2 designers working on the game do any playtesting. These radical changes, across the game is the result of game design based on vibes. Basing your decisions off complaining gamers isnt the way to go.
