nighttime routine with newborn twins evening routine with newborn twins Hey Guys! Today I am taking you through our evening routine with 1 month old twins, that leads into entire night with them. Hope you enjoy!
Loved your video. I think showing the reality of having twins is very helpful. It is certainly a learning g journey and you are navigating really well!
You’re doing such a great job! The quality of your videos is like you’ve been making them for a long time. Thank you for sharing these realistic videos. It’s really helpful for soon to be parents 😊
im 12 weeks with di di twins and I also have an almost 2 year old and an 8-year-old. your videos are the first I've come across that are super good quality and very comforting. thank you for sharing your journey.
You are doing great! I’m a mom of three (no twins) but they are already 8, 11 and 13 so the time of night feeds are long gone 😅. But I remember that period very well and it is not easy. Especially when you have to pump and feed bottles (I did the same). And I had only one baby at a time 😅. I love your videos! Love from Belgium 😊
My wife thinks that you are awesome so down to earth ,and as you say nothing is sugar coated, that's the way it should be,,ps great videos even I watched with the wife ,love the accent.❤
FTM here, 29 weeks with fraternal twins.... When you feed them on the twin-z boppy pillow, you don't have to elevate their heads slightly while feeding?? I feel like it would cause more GERD eating while laying down, but I have 0 clue with babies
not sure, to be honest, but we always hold Nick upright after feeding for 20 min or so, and burp him well, since he is the one with bad reflux, while Alex is fine - we just burp them after feedings.
@@JenMomlife so I’m actually a licensed Speech language pathologist but I’ve only worked with adults…… I have a friend who’s a pediatric speech language pathologist, who specializes in newborn feedings. I’m going to ask her about it, I’m genuinely curious. I see so many people bottle feeding babies while they’re laying down, but We tell our older geriatric patients to always have your head elevated at a 45 degree angle, never complete flat…… Is he still having reflux?
Enjoyed watching your video, while taking care of my 4th who's 11weeks. I am breastfeeding all night, and giving some formula during the day inbetween feeds. Well done mama , your babies are adorable
Every 2 to 3 hours is very normal. Weeks where they have a growth spurt it can be every hour for parts of the day 😅. Hopefully we'll get sleep again soon!!
Hi am also having a twin boy baby can u please tell that breast milk product that is helpful please send that link I need because breast milk is leaking for me
If you are asking for the breast pump link, here you go : MomMed Wearable Breast Pump, S21 Portable Hands-Free Electric Breast Pump, Painless Breastfeeding Breast Pump Can Be Worn in-Bra, with 3 Mode & 12 Levels, Leak-Proof Design & Low Noise, 24mm Flange. These don;t leak for me, so I'd recommend them and I hope they will help you.
Must be really tiring having to pump aswel as bottles be around the clock. Bottles and pumping milk never enjoyed pumping milk I exclusively breastfeed
@@JenMomlifebf is a fulltime job. It decreases after 3 months if the baby latches properly. Pumping never got me the same amount of milk, even though I was able to bf my son and provide 75% for preemie twins. I could have gotten more but pumping takes a lot longer than just bf. It wasnt posdible to pump even mire since I had 2 older ones too.
@@JenMomlife my sister had preemie twins I pumped for while I breastfed my son. People are built different. But as you discovered: eating and drinking is key. I had 5 meals a day. Meals not snacks. I snacked on olives, almonds and feta while feeding and pumping. It helped to train my body on specific times for pumping. I pumped with my hand not electric bc I was able to trigger the milk ejecting reflex much faster. Having my son skin to skin and hydrate before made it easier too.Fennel anise caraway tea helps building milk too.
