I love Nettie! I only got into Nightwish last year but from the stuff I've watched it;s clear to me that Nettie does a far better job of interacting with the crowd than Tarja ever did. Nettie talks to them and gets them chanting. Tarja didn't really do that.

It is always great to see any performance of Nightwish is a treat. I'm 77 and only found them 2 years ago while looking thru RU-vid and saw a recommended song "Ghost Love Score". I was amazed and listened ever since, CONSTANTLY. It was one of the few good things that happened during recovering from a stroke.
There should be no competition between the vocalist what so ever...they are all great and very talented..Tarja, Anette and Floor. The mucisians as always, amazing!

Unfortunally there is something that happens with Anette on live shows, mostly she dodge high notes (most of the time) and keep up with melismas (oh oh oh and yeah ah ah ah), used so much in pop music, also, she looks very unconfortable with some placements for her voice, even on the material made for her and being a soprano - That's why I think most people dislike her that much, you can see the delivery and performance live is not that great and intense. Could be for the hate and rejection she received from fans and still does, but even so - mostly of her performances are not good. This one is regular, but for Nightwish you always expect that performance and power vocals for the vocalist and she lacks some of that. I enjoy the material made with her, DPP is a masterpiece, but the studio version, the live performances keep missing that 'wow factor'.
Annette ha crecido mucho y eso incluye el perfeccionamiento de su técnica, no por eso niego que le tomó tiempo adecuarse a la experiencia de ir de gira alrededor del mundo en una banda nueva. Era muy claro que Tuomas buscaba algo distinto a la voz de Tarja para evadir las comparaciones y gracias a su decisión todo el subgénero fue influenciado por ofrecer nuevas fórmulas y no sólo voces líricas perfectas. Personalmente amo por igual las tres eras de Nightwish.
@@Elvenboadicea She is a soprano! If not, she would not stand any Nightwish song. But she is a light soprano, with a light voice and mostly, she is not trained as classical singer. Search for Voice Hacks to know more about it!
Didn't understand your comment until I reread it a few times. And yes, no one is Floor, but as most of us know, Tarja was the Queen, Anette helped keep the band together and was a big part of the transformation, and Floor is, well, Floor is Floor.
If you don´t have a normal comment then why bother to comment at all? This comment is just pathetic. Have you ever stopped and think that we are a lot of fans who love all three singers? Just give it a rest and go and check out a Floor video if this does not suit you. We really don´t need to know that you don´t like this.
@@alexandra-md5he exactly. They were/are in the band for a reason. The whole RU-vid world don't need to know if some one dislike them. It's OK to have an opinion but maybe the should say why and not throw hate or wonder why people listen to whatever they want without having to explain why
