No apologies needed from you. The Nightwish army however owes you one, so I apologize on behalf of the army. We are for the most part very kind and loving fans, who are intensely enthralled with Nightwish and that passion sometimes breeds some hostile defensiveness. But it is no excuse for some of the comments you received about pausing, or comparing Floor to Amy Lee. Floor herself is very humble and a world class singer who would understand being compared to Amy Lee is a very big compliment. Thank you for the honest and entertaining reactions to our favorite band!

I've heard this song scores of times, but I've just noticed that at 8:18 Floor sings "I am the empty crab of Peter Pan" lol, never noticed before.

the whole 2013 concert in wacken is epic and deserves to be watched and reacted song by song, but if you like duets, with the songs "song of myself", "wish i had an angel" and "ever dream", always from the same concert, you will have a lot to enjoy.

Nightwish people are just extremely passionate about the band, but they are also extremely nice people to guide you along your Nightwish discovery. Not sure what the issue was with your first reaction, personally I think your reactions are awesome!! (The two Nightwish ones I have seen so far anyway, as I just subscribed to your channel) Perhaps consider Song of myself, as your next Nightwish reaction.

Hi Essex. Another great Nightwish reaction. So many songs yet to hear. Slowly build up to the real biggies, "Poet And The Pendulum" and "The Greatest Show On Earth". I fell in love with Nightwish about 5 years ago, so quite late for an old bloke. We saw them at Wembley in 2018, great night, and Floor commands the stage as soon as she comes out. Check out her own RU-vid page. Next up, mmmm, Devil and The Deep Dark Ocean, Romanticide, or Dark Chest of Wonders. Great reaction. First of all it's your channel and you are doing it great,so ignore the trolls. Do yourself and us a favour and do more Nightwish and Floor's work. You will have a new personal best a lot of times.... Every song will show you something new. At this point you only heard about 25% of what Floor can bring to the table.(don't want to exaggerate) Next one Romanticide or Song of myself from the same show. Maybe do a double or what a lot of reactors do 1 day a Nightwish song and 1 day a song of Floor. Lately she did a lot of covers like Adagio from Lara Fabian or Heart's Alone etc etc She was part of a tv show called Beste zangers. In this show a couple of singers sing songs from/of eachother.(no competition) Almost nobody in Floors homeland Holland new her. And the other singers in that show thought she was just some singer in some metalband or something,They didn't know what was coming...... In that show she sings in 4 languages and many different style. To give you an idea: -a cover of lady Gaga's Shallow -The Phantom of the Opera with the original Dutch Phantom Henk Poort (Floor is a huge fan of him) If you do that show be sure to get the version with English subbs and intro talks to get an idea of why she sings a song and for which singer. Almost every reactor compares her to Amy Lee (Amy Lee is a really good singer too) when they're hearing Floor for the first time, especially the begining of Ghost love score for whatever reason. It's really not a big deal, some people overreact or take things too seriously when they leave comments unfortunately

Yep! Her stage performance, her singing techniques, voice toolbox, her breath control - not to mention that she is going on for 2 hours in a row.... - never hitting a wrong note Floor is in Olympics condition - she is awesome and unique. And now you must do something with Marko (bassist) singing along with Floor.... Those 2 either in harmony or challenging each other in belting out!!! Marko is also a phenomenal singer being able to keep up with Floor's singing. And then Troy - the 3. Singer in Nightwish - yep 3 phenomenal singers in the band... From Wacken 2013: Ever Dream Ghost River Last Ride of the day All 3 have both Marko and Floor Just pick one from the setlist - it will blow you away, no matter which one you choose. Don't listen to the haters. There's a noisy minority in any community who take things way too seriously and don't think about the person on the other end. Pause as much as you like if you have something to say, just don't feel like you have to in order to not get blocked--Nightwish live videos are generally extremely good about that. I like that you go back a few seconds when you pause, it helps maintain flow. Would love to see more from this concert, or really *any* Nightwish--there are songs I like better than others, but none are bad choices. Just try to stick with official live videos where possible, as there are some versions out there that are slowed down or cut. A couple tips: Jansen sounds like Yansen, Wacken sounds a bit like Vahken.

I see you have reacted to Ghost Love Score. When you think about Floor's belting, think about GLS being the third song(#12 on the setlist) from the end of the concert and she had been singing for almost 1 1/2 hours BEFORE she sang GLS and still two more songs to go. [BTW Floor's last name in her Dutch is Yansen or Yahnsen either one will do.]

Don't sweat the Amy Lee thing. Everyone starts with that reference. Then they learn to understand the big difference. You may like some of Floor's recent solo cover song versions. Many very good ones. It will give you a more deeper understanding of how versatile her vocal abilityis overall.i
