NIGO still do not have much interest in street fashion and music, but everything changed after he read an article about Tokyo lifestyle. After he graduated high school, NIGO went to Bunka Fashion College and get to know Jun Takahashi there. During that time, NIGO also get to know Hiroshi Fujiwara. Then NIGO founded BAPE with Sk8thing. But, later in year 2013, NIGO left BAPE because NIGO felt that he is losing his creative freedom over BAPE. So NIGO started a new clothing brand Human Made working together with Warehouse & Co. and his legend continues.
