In this video, you will find best nihari recipe which is usually made on nihari shops across Pakistan or India. Nihari is famous in Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi Cuisine. Beef Nihari is eaten in breakfast which gives strength and immunity. Nihari was originally made in the 18th century in Mughal Era.

Beef Meat 2kg
Beef Bones 1.5kg
Water 4ltrs
Corriander Seeds 4tbs
Bay leaves 8pieces
Fennel Seeds 3tbs
Dried ginger/ Saunth 2inches
Cumin 2tbs
Nutmeg small pieces
Mace Small piece
Black peppercorns 1tbs
Cinamon 4sticks
Star Anise small piece
Black Cardamom 4pieces
Green Cradamom 8pieces
Garlic 2tbs crushed
Onion 1large chopper
Ghee/Oil 500gms
Salt 1.5tbs
Red Chilli Powder 2.5tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Garnish with Green Chillies, Ginger and Lemon

I made it today and it was really good. I used regular meat (veal with bone) I didn’t make stock just grind coriander seed and bay leave with garam masala.it was outstanding nihari recipe.thank u so much for sharing this recipe.
